Day 3 at Canada. We first head to this place called Thousand Island. The tour guide said thousand island salad sauce originated from here .. haha .. dunno true or not. Anyway, this is really a nice place, we'll take a boat ride around to see the islands. Initially we decided not to go also, to save $$. But me and frances changed our mind on the last min. Lucky we changed our mind, thousand island is really a nice place, so wasted lor, fred and molly didnt join us. Was super windy and sunny up there on the boat, but the ride was super worth it. Really got the relaxing feel, enjoying the strong breeze and the view of the serene surrounding. So every1, if you happen to join a tour that passby thousand island, do not miss the boat ride. After Thousand Island, we proceeded to Ottawa. And this photo here, the statue suppose to have some story behind it.. hehe, but i've forgotton liao. ;p

Our lunch at MacDonalds. Me and Frances shared the Crispy Chicken and Grilled Chicken burger meal, the burgers were quite delicious, and they're not available in Singapore.

The guy in the middle is our Tour guide. He is really quite good, responsible. And he is pro lor, throughout the trip, he had to explain everything in English, Mandarin and Cantonese for the same thing.
We had our lunch here at Chinatown, which is a chinese buffet.
At the boarding gate, had a last group photo with Aunt Xue and Lucy. Really have to thank them a lot for taking care of us and providing lodging place for us. This really help us save a lot as heard that hotel in New York is super expensive. Hope we'll have a chance to visit you again back in USA. =)

And finally, we arrived at LA 
From airport, we took this Fly Away bus that sent us free from the airport to Westwood village where we'll be staying and also UCLA located. Its free cos it just started, they'll start charging from mid july if I didnt rem wrongly. 
Had our lunch at Ausable Chasm. We shared pizza and french fries. The french fries is very nice leh, so different fr what we got in singapore. 
And look at the varieties of sauces available there at the eatery. Being the kiasu singaporeans, we 'gapo' quite a lot of them, esp the jam, honey and peanut butter. ;p 
And again this time, we gave up the water rafting ride to save $$. So as usual, we came out with different ideas to take photos around. We spent the most time taking the jumping photo as synchronisation is a big problem .. lol .. every1's jumping must be synchronised, and the jump must also synchronise with the camera shot

This couple, Mr and Mrs Yip (haha .. realise we got 2 Mr and Mrs Yip in this photo ... lol) through this tour. They're very friendly, and was at New York visiting their daughter who is a lawyer. And so they had join this tour to walk walk. So glad to know them, and as they stay in LA, and knowing that we'll be flying to LA soon, they gave us their phone no., told us to call and visit them in LA. 
Will update bout our visit to their house at later blog post. So stay tune =). Anyway, this is the end of our 4D 3N canada tour. After Ausable Chasm was a super long bus ride back New York due to traffic jam. By the time we reached New York, it was around late evening and we rushed back to Aunt Xue's house as she said she wanna treat us to a dinner meal as we're leaving for LA the next day. She brought us to this restaurant called Charlie Brown which I think is quite famous there. And though when we reached there it was quite late, its stil quite crowded. Lucy and her bf joined us for dinner too.

Their serving was huge and we eat til super full. Think I didnt manage to finish this piece of meat, but its really yummy 
And we had New York Cheesecake for dessert, finally a decent, delicious New York Cheesecake in New York

After the meal, we decided to walk around the area to aid digestion and also to enjoy the last night of New York air. To my surprise, I found my pink color Starbucks water bottle that I've been looking for around in New York and Canada. So its 远在天边，近在眼前, available at ShortHills, and its not the last piece left also. 
After me managing to buy my bottle, we decided to head back Aunt Xue's home as we cant sleep too late, gotta pack lugguage also.
