Downtown, LA

Decide to explore the downtown of LA. Took a bus (Cant remember the no. liao .. tink its no. 2 or something like that) straight from westwood to downtown. Macy's, the famous high class shopping center chain in USA. Nice building painting along Olympic Boulevard, saw this while on the way to Staples Center. Staples Center, the base of NBA Lakers team. Hiazz .. that time was still tinking of watching a NBA match while in USA, but too bad didnt get a chance. This photo was taken with France's mini tripod on the floor. Haha .. turn out to be not bad eh =) Though I'm not a super big fan of NBA, or Lakers .. but should take a photo with this statue lah, somemore the statue pose is quite cool .. haha Lakers bear in the merchandise shop. All the jerseys sold inside were in super huge sizes, counting out the kids section .. This structure on the mini fountain was suppose to be quite famous i tink .. not sure what exactly it is but i saw it in some Hollywood movie scene though .. Walt Disney Concert Hall Trying to act Mickey Mouse .. haha .. Mickey and Minnie??? hahahaha .. The building structure is very nice .. but very hard to capture it nicely into camera with us inside. This is the best we can go, at the opposite side of the road, volunteered by some kind soul to take for us =) We walked so much til so tired that we just sit on a cement seat a long the roadside for rest. Resting in BK after a super long walk, to take a bite of burger and having our bottles refilled. LA Cityhall Finally arriving at Little Japan And we decided to settle at this Ramen shop for dinner. Their ramen is really veru nice! no wonder the queue was sooooo long outside, price reasonable and portion super large. So wasted we only get to try them once, as the subsequent time we went there, either its sold out or that we were there to eat Shabu-Shabu which was very nice also! So every1, got chance go LA Little Japan, must go try their Ramen .. nice nice! After dinner, we had a adventures encounter before finally reaching home .. haha .. why do i say so? Cos after dinner, we were supposingly to head back towards the area where the bus service to Westwood is available. And "lucky" us, the bus route for the day was changed due to some construction work at some roads. And best part was we asked some policemen we saw along the way for help as we were really quite lost. The direction they gave us were sorta wrong. And when we happily saw the correct bus no., its the wrong direction. So, we wandered around in downtown for almost 2 hours trying to find the correct bus. Somemore downtown at night was quite scary, like a dead town, no people de, only sometimes a few hooligans shouting across the street or some poor beggars sleeping in the middle of the street. But luckily and finally, haha .. also cant remember how we finally find it, we manage to get the correct bus back home without taking a cab which will cost a bomb.
